Founded by Amisha Prakash – a seasoned engineer and mom of two – Junior Engineer was started with a mission to inspire young minds and make engineering feel fun, creative, and within reach. Amisha’s career has taken her from working with planes and helicopters to rockets and drones. With experience ranging from hands-on engineering to executive leadership, she brings deep industry knowledge and a love for STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Math – into every kit. Through Junior Engineer, Amisha aims to empower boys and girls everywhere to dream big and discover the exciting possibilities in engineering.
